Course Description: A 3 hour Course explaining the most common issues associated with older houses, how to recognize porential issues and how/ if they can be repaired/replaced. Topics coverd in these course inclused old houses exterior surfaces, lots and grounds, roofing, chimneys, foundation and walls , support, garages, electrical and more. The goal is to educate and equip agents in dealing with their client concering the home ispection process and the conditions commonly found with older houses. The course will also enable able agents to better interact with home inspectors on the topic of older houses.
